PONS AT PAC CYCLING CLASSES
We offer a superior cardio workout which greatly strengthens the legs. It is the unique design of the Real Ryder bike that also allows conditioning of the core and upper body. Come sweat it out with our welcoming and motivated team, made up of individuals looking to burn fat and develop their cardiovascular endurance- to competitive cyclists training for their next event.
Under the supervision of USA Cycling Coach and athlete Francisco Pons, students will gain knowledge and technique, along with improved balance, while burning more calories than a regular "spin" class.
